My buddy Charlie has been working hard for PA trout and cold water conservation for decades, including promoting fly fishing with women and teens. He's getting some well earned recognition.
I met him at ou local TU chapter (Lackawanna Valley), became friends with he and his wife, a photographer who owned a small artwork store in Clarks Summit, and even played a gig at his wife's birthday party a few years ago. It makes me a little more hopeful that he is on the PA Fish Commission.
