13 Jam Chilli Cookoff

Due to the weather being cold enough to cut glass with my nips, I am cooking a batch of chilli up tonight. Got me thinking about the Jam and the cookoff. Thinking of throwing my hat in the ring for it. Being a noob and going to my first Spring Jam are there rules or is it just a cook what you bring kind of thing?

I think that all participants should have a small box in front of their chilli and those who can partake can vote by tossing a fly or two in the box of the one they like best. Winner gets the most flies...
