11 ft fly rod blanks?

I just missed buying a 10 Ft 3 wt rod but I wasn't too upset because I already have a 10ft 4wt. Then I thought it might be good to have a 11 Ft rod but am having a hard time find a blank to build one.
Anyone know of a good source?

I know Hook & Hackle has a 10'8" in the Xi series.

Found one, anglers roost has a 11 ft 3 wt for 80 bucks.

Do you want a fast action blank? If so get a 10' blank and glue in a 1'oversleeve on the bottom. You wont see it because it should be covered up by the handle. Adding to the bottom of the blank will speed the blank up and most likely not change the line weight.

I've never done this before but in my head that's how it would work.
