I think you are confusing LCFA with the LRSA (lehigh river stocking association). This is LCFA, they dont stock thankfully that i am aware of

If there is a serious interest in either getting fresh water or keeping the saline line dowstream from intakes, I would think that would lead the Powers that Be to get more water INTO the F.E.W. dam. It's BS that it doesn't hold more.
And I'll aire one of my personal gripes: the the Army Corp would mandate that the Kinzua discharge would max out at just 5 degrees less, we'd have a massive trout industry up in the NW.
Sure, it'd be full of douchebags and drift boats, but I'd at least get some good fishing in.
