New to the group, and relatively new to the fly

Hi all, I’ve been lurking these forums for awhile, and finally took the time to create an account. I’ll have a year of fly fishing under my belt come June. Have been tying for two months now as well. Primarily fishing in Schuylkill County, or wherever wild trout can be found.

We’ve definitely got some hidden gems. Still blows my mind that the fishing can be as good as it is given the decades (or century(s)?) of mining.
