Finally got outside today

I got out yesterday and got into a bunch of stocked rainbows. There were five middle school aged boys fly fishing, but three were obviously fighting their equipment. I was able to help them out a little bit and one actually landed a rainbow and his buddy took a picture of him holding it up. I was very encouraged by the decency and positive vibes these boys exuded toward our sport. I was also surprised to hear that their school district has a "Trout in the Classroom" initiative down here in SEPA, until I heard their teacher's name. He's an avid fly fisherman that I've been on trips with way back. Good for you, Marc!
