JayL...........reminds me of the time i sat a fairly expensive outfit on the top of my truck and then took my waders and vest off and down the road a few miles remembered the rod was up there....only , it was gone , backtracked and couldn't find it so i went out the next day and bought a new one jus like it.......the wife left not long after that hmmmmmm

The ski rack I bought on craigslist for $15 was an awesome addition for moving rods around.

They get a little curvy at 70mph on the highway, but 'round town, works like a champ.

Go to Staples and look in the computer section for small velcro straps used to bind up and control computer wires. They are a great alternative to twist ties for this purpose, and they're inexpensive.

Velcro has so many good uses in our sport/pastime i have many of my tools velcroed to the front of my tying bench , right there within reach. I broke the clip that comes on a Flip=Focal and now have several velcroed fishing hats that will hold them it's endless.
